Our daughter Nancy Morgenstern was a victim of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center on September 11. We have created this web site to perpetuate our daughter Nancy’s memory and to provide a medium by which we all can communicate with each other. We have included in this web site a complete version of the book we compiled called “Nancy Morgenstern: Testimonies to a Life of Joy, Faith and Passion”. We have also provided a Guest Book that you can use to send us your comments and thoughts about Nancy and the life she led. In addition, we have established a tax exempt memorial fund for those of you who have expressed a desire to contribute money in Nancy’s memory, and we have provided a description here of the fund’s current activities.

Nancy was a unique person who led a very full and multi-faceted life, which touched and inspired many people. It is for this reason that we have compiled the book. We wanted to share our thoughts and some of her friend’s thoughts with you, so that you can appreciate the impact she had on our lives and others’. It is our fervent hope and also would be a great consolation to us that, after reading this portrait of Nancy, you would share your thoughts with us.

We have created a Guest Book on this site so that you can submit your thoughts, which we will publish on this site. Your submissions will be read and approved before they are published. We have provided you with the opportunity to include your e-mail address so that we can respond and thank you for your submission and keep in contact with you. You also have the option to have your e-mail address posted on the site as part of your entry.

We plan to continually update this web site to describe the current status of many of the memorial fund’s activities. The fund is currently engaged in a number of activities that, when completed, will also be described on this site. In addition, we plan to communicate with you directly about any future activities.
